For the first time in the program’s history, the St. Bernard-Elmwood Place football team secured a Miami Valley Conference championship. Finishing the regular season with a 9-1 record, the Titans were a perfect 3-0 in conference games. It’s another impressive milestone for a team that hasn’t lost since the very first game of the season back on August 22 against North College Hill. Their nine-game win streak is a school record that surpassed the team’s previous record of six consecutive victories in 2024.
SBEP will look to carry their momentum into the playoffs. This Titans will be off this week thanks to a first-round bye, but they will return to play their first postseason game at Bron Bacevich Memorial Stadium on November 7 at 7:00 p.m. Tickets can be purchased in advance starting Tuesday, November 4, by visiting https://www.ohsaa.org/tickets.
