Here is a list of our Miami Valley Conference Athletes of the Week for the week of August 31, 2025:
Miguel Damian Bibian (Cross Country) – Miguel set a PR for the 5k at the Lebanon Running Warrior Invitational on Saturday.
St. Bernard-Elmwood Place Football Trio – The Big Three of senior James Hall and juniors Dameko Taylor and Lucas Cannady helped lead the Titans to a shutout win over Finneytown. James had 12 tackles, six sacks, and two pass deflections. Dameko rushed for 163 yards and two touchdowns on 18 carries. Lucas was 6-for-10 passing for 74 yards and a touchdown. He added 210 yards on the ground on 18 carries and another touchdown.
Devon Renner (Volleyball) – Devon is showing out in her freshman year so far. In the Seven Hills match, she had a great showing with three kills in seven attempts.
Kaylen “Kay” Thurman-Ellison (Soccer) – Kay is a senior who took a year off and returned back to the game. In our game against Cincinnati Christian this past week, Kay showed leadership, grit, effort and communication on the field. Her skills as a forward are showing through.
